Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We typically make appointments for weekdays starting at 8:30 AM.

Can I drop my dog off before work and pick him/her up after work?
No. We like to keep appointments to a 4 hour maximum.

Do you kennel my dog before and after grooming?
We practice a free range policy for your dog as long as it is social. If it does not play well with others, it will need to be kenneled on a temporary basis.

Will you call me when my dog is ready?
Yes. It’s more efficient to give you a call for pickup.

Do you keep records for each grooming?
Yes. We need to keep track of groom history and any concerns we want to report to you.

What are the shop hours?
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM til close.

How long will my dog be at the groom shop?
An appointment typically takes 1- 3 hours. It depends on the dog size, coat condition, drying time, and services requested.

What products do you use on my pet?
We use high quality, natural, hypo allergenic shampoos and conditioners that will specifically suit pets coat and skin condition.
